To ask for eco friendly fragrance boosters?

My son is autistic. He sensory seeks with clothes and it can be a bit of a nightmare if we don't make his clothes as soft and pleasant smelling as possible.

However, my heart breaks every time I use fragrance boosters because I feel like there's just so much plastic waste with them. 200g or so per bottle doesn't last very long!

I'm just wondering if there are any more eco friendly versions? Or AIBU ti use them, should I try to wean my son off them or find an alternative?

Hi,sorry I'm not much use here, but the lenor little balls that go in the wash apparently make washing smell stronger for longer, the unstoppable ones in told.

The ecover fabric softener seems to smell nice for a long time. I got some sheets out this week that I haven't used for quite a while and they still smelled of it, it's apple blossom and something. Another option might be to buy or make the little scent pillow things my gran likes to keep in her drawers and wardrobe her clothes always smell like lavender or rose oil , I'm guessing you use whichever essential oils you prefer
