ExH and DCs SN Reports

My DC is 7, but has some SN.

They’ve recently had some assessments at school with regards to the SN. Some direct Family Members (FM) of mine have some SN that DC may or may not have so obviously this was included in the reports and collection of data.

However FMs asked that the information only be made available to the assessor and me, so it’s in my copies of the reports, but not in schools or ExHs copies, in their copes it just says “Information removed for privacy reasons”. But in both mine and schools copies as well as ExHs there is relevant family history from his side including a specific diagnosis of a direct FM of his. I’m assuming either they don’t know it’s there or aren’t bothered that I know.

ExH is furious about it though. We split due to his violence and control and he has court ordered contact. He says it’s not fair that he doesn’t have a full history about his DC and he should know what information was removed from the reports. He says that he’s taking me to court to get that information out of me because “I have a right to know as it affects (DC)”.

DC probably doesn’t have the same SN as my FMs, so it’s not actually relevant, but it’s included because DC was initially assessed for it and the assessor said a full history is needed.

I know ExH is unlikely to get the information even if he takes me to court because my FMs are allowed to keep their diagnosises private if they choose to or choose to only share it with some people and not others.

But AIBU to think its another threat to control me? And whats likely to happen in court if it gets that far?

His constant asking for it is stressing me out and scaring me a bit but we have to have contact due to DC.
