I had problems with Tesco Clubcard I was getting nowhere sorting it out with Tesco Customer Services.
I opened a case with Resolver (dispute resolution service set up in association with moneysavingexpert.com). Resolver fired off my complaint yesterday and today, all sorted! Can't believe how quickly Tesco sorted out my problem once I used the Resolver service!
