Nursery bag content

About to send my baby off to nursery as I prepare to go back to work. Can you please tell me what I need to pack on his nursery bag? Any things you would recommend that I may not have thought of?

Teething gel.

DS (just turned 4) has a spare outfit which is literally never used, and his hat/gloves in front of his bag.
DD (just turned 1) has a couple of outfit changes, nappies, wipes, sudocrem. Then hat in front of her bag (mitts are attached to her coat).

Nursery provide puddlesuits etc
Labelled suncream and sunhat kept at nursery in the summer.

My DS is 2.5. I send 2 pairs of underpants, 2 trousers and an all in one rainsuit.
