Should I try to improve my salary for this working week?

I'm on around £328 per week net for 41/42 hours of work.
I can manage on it but I still have to watch every penny. I'm 31 and no children, live with my partner.

Yes, you're in a strong position as you already have a job so you can be picky.

Is that gross or net? I'm guessing net as it works out at £8/41hrs, £7.81/42hrs which is fairly low.
National min wage goes up to £9.50/hr on 1 April so that might improve income.
You don't say what you do but I'd suggest looking for something better paid & maybe thinking of doing some training to improve your long term earning potential.

Yes it is net, I have 2 jobs which makes my tax allowance trickier. The main job is supposed to pay £11.40 an hour, but I am paid through an umbrella company and they take out fees.
The 2nd job pays £9.20 an hour and this is the tax free one
