Work start & finish times

I’m a Receptionist, there are four of us whom all work part time. Our Manager has made it abundantly clear in the past that we need to be at our desks and starting work at our actual shift start time (eg. If we start at 8am then we need to be ready, sat down and starting our shift at 8am) rather than entering the building at 8am. Ok fair enough.
However…she always, without fail, leaves the building at her finish time - and I mean on the very second she finishes she’s out the door and gone! This seems hypocritical to me and as she’s therefore shutting down her pc, getting her coat on, bag etc. prior to her shift actually finishing!
AIBU to think this is double standards? It’s a petty thing but it really pisses me off, particularly because she doesn’t even say goodbye or let us know she’s leaving, she just slips quietly out the door. It’s an ongoing joke amongst all staff that she does this.

Secondly, she cuts out her lunch break so that she can leave early every day but when I mentioned that I regularly don’t get my half an hour (unpaid) break on 2 out of 4 of my shifts, as it’s often busy, she just shrugged and said “well you should make sure you do” when clearly I was hinting at either getting it paid or leaving half an hour earlier like she does.
Again - double standards and flouting her position or AIBU?

I suppose when you manage the team you can get that "." perk".
As a manager she cannot say that you don't have your allotted lunch time to leave early as legally after 6 hours of work it's an obligation that the employer gives this.

Likewise, as the manager, she's right to say be at your desk for 8am start. If you want your coat on and close your laptop at the exact finish you can to that too!

I agree with her that you need to be working at your work start time, it really used to piss me off when employees would come through the door at their start time, then go make a coffee, talk to their mates while they drink it then go for their morning shit. Her leaving before her work end time is either she's finished and a slight perk or a slight hypocrisy. It's a bit different for you though as a receptionist. You don't know you're finished because the phone could ring and you're meant to be there to answer it.

The dinner thing. Either make sure you take your dinner or say "there are days when I don't have time for dinner, on those days can I either be paid the extra time or leave early like you?" If she says no. Then take your bloody dinner no matter what. Phone ringing? Sorry can't, I'm off the clock, it's my dinner. But then people hinting at how hard their life is waiting for me to offer something also really pisses me off. Just ask, don't try to get her to offer.
But I don't think YABU.
