Seems to me every Tom, dick and Harry seems to be in some sort of good kick and the office is full of police food because SHOCK … that your not into the latest fad diet or haven’t tried the latest Instagram meal and when you eat your normal breakfast it’s met with you could try X, Y and Z

It’s tedious, tiresome and just makes you question the people your working with actually professional and educated individuals.

I worked with a woman like this for years and it's beyond tedious. Thankfully I don't work with her anymore. From what I hear she still has a lot of disordered thinking around food but my colleagues now have a much more healthy attitude. It's quite refreshing.

I worked in an office where there were 2 women doing WW. The sole topic in the kitchen was about 'points'. Drove me mental. One day, unable to resist, I remarked that I was really glad they weren't both TTC.

I worked with a guy who'd lost loads of weight, banged on about hoe you can eat what you want til 5pm then only healthy food after that.
I made the mistake of eating a very rare packet of crisps one breaking and he proceeded to grab the pack and say "see this?! Pure fat! No good!"
Mate I literally eat a pack a month ( at the time) mind your own business! 😅
