To ask for your tips on getting through food hygiene inspections?

We have had a tip off that they are coming this week!
Any great tips? This will be our first and we are not actually from a catering background but have a small cafe in our business selling cakes, drinks, hotdogs and pizza.
Haccp is complete and food logs up to date.

Tip-off?

If everything is in order you'll sail through. If it's not you shouldn't. If everything is basically sound, they'll just give you advice on any improvements.
