Is Katie Price on my local paper's payroll?

The amount times my local paper on Facebook is pretty much posting articles about Katie Price despite have nothing to do in the area where I live is pretty weird. AIBU Katie Price has some sot of deal with the newspaper. Most days she's featured about at least once.

This is not a Katie Price bashing thread by the way, I know she gets quite a bashing on here quite regularly.

Maybe she gets them lots of clicks and therefore advertising revenue?

Is your local paper part of the Reach media group? The MEN’s Facebook page seems to think we’re all obsessed by Gemma Atkinson and Mollie Mae but I suppose they’re local at least
