To be frustrated by dd's apathy?

Dd (18) is possibly the laziest person I know. Everything is just too much hassle. She's home jus now form uni (back tomorrow) and I suggested she apply for her free bus travel (we're in Scotland). Her response? "What's the point? I'll just have to pay again when I'm 21." FFS!!!

That sounds infuriating! What will happen if she doesn't apply? Will she have to fund her own bus travel?

Yes she'll have to pay - but given that her uni accommodation is paid for and she ony has to pay for food for during the week (she comes home at weekends) it's no hardship for her. She has more £ in her current account than I do!
