Sulky OH

Ok I’ll try and keep this short. OH is currently working nights and this morning DC woke him up whilst they were getting ready for school (not being noisy just going into the bathroom etc). He’s got up in a really grumpy mood (tried to talk to him just giving me one answer replies).
I get up to walk out of the room and he says ‘you don’t love me anymore’ 🙄
To give a back story I was seeing a therapist (for lots of things) and I mentioned to her that he does this often when he knows he’s in the wrong but wants me to feel guilty. She gave it a name and I can’t for the life of me remember what it is.
She told me the best way to respond is to ask why he feels like that, which is what I did and all I get in response is forget it, it doesn’t matter. (Then can sulk for hours) I’m done being made to feel guilty for things that are out of my control! AIBU
