Girls night away

Hello all

AIBU to ask for suggestions of fun things to do on a girls night away? We're staying in a big house for a friends birthday and will have a mix of friend groups there. Want to make it special and memorable for friends birthday.

Any suggestions on fun silly things we can do or games to play?

Thinking along the lines of adult style pass the parcel or everyone writing down something they love about the birthday girl and putting them in a jar for her to read in future - she would really appreciate these kind of things

Sharing fun memories of an experience with the birthday girl would be nice too, or writing that down for later.

Sounds more like a hen weekend to me, especially with those game ideas.

We had a hotel/spa night and played "would you rather" Really funny and led to some very interesting conversations over the merits of being invisible or being able to fly 😂

@Lastater yes she would love that. I could see about ordering a nice blank book for us to write in

@welliewarmer nope it's a birthday night away and I'm looking for better suggestions than what Iv come up with which is what brings me here

Names in a hat is fun. 3 or 5 names each in a hat, and you take turns to pick out a name and the other ask questions with yes/no answers to guess them. If you're close friends you can also throw in memories of your friendships; e.g. the time Stella went on a date with the man with the very high waistband, the time Vicky got stuck in the air vent in Ibiza, or the day Louise won the Booker Prize it you're a bit more high-end Grin

Also making nice cocktails is enjoyable, and card or board games. And a pamper session?
