Neck pain

Sorry for posting on aibu but I'm desperate.

I've been to the doctors numerous times about neck pain. It's at the front of my neck and feels like it's a lymph node or something. I can bend my neck to the right but really struggle to bend it to the right, it's like something jars and I can't move it any further.

I'm constantly aware of it and it's really affecting my day to day life.

The doctors keep sending me away, they've done blood tests and physical examinations but say everything is fine.

I paid for a private scan myself and they also said everything looked fine.

I'm at my wits end - has anyone had anything like this?

Where do you mean?
Is there a physical lump that's visible / can be touched?
Have you ever had a shoulder injury / an injury above the bust?
Have you seen a physiotherapist?

I feel like I can feel a lump/ mass but all the doctors say otherwise. :(

I've seen a physio, chiropractor and I've been for multiple scans :(
