Lft from strong +ve to -ve in 24hrs

DD has covid. She's been isolating in her room. day 5 lft was string +ve. Day 6 was -ve.

Dh went from +ve to light +ve to -ve.

She has plans for the weekend. Aibu to think she might be faking it for early release or is it possible for viral load to drop that fast?

Tell her to show you the test?

It's definitely possible.

Mine did change that fast! Day five I had a blazing line, day 6+7 (and the next five days) I had zero line. You can stop shedding the virus really quickly apparently.

How old is DD? Give her the lft and ask to see it when done.... mine took a few days to go from strong positive to negative ( day 8) but that was me

This can happen, however if you believe she is lying then ask her to take a test in front of you.

I tested day 5 very clear negative, day 6 very clear positive. Again (today) day 7 clear negative. So it is possible. And I've tested twice today and got the same.
So yes, possible, but tomorrow night disappoint anyway.

I had a very strong positive on day 3, didn't test day 4 but day 5 and 6 were negative!

I also had a negative on day -1 evening and a strong positive on day 1 morning.

You have to test negative and positive some time!

Mine was strong positive one morning and gone by the evening!

Good to know it can change that fast so it might be legit.
