To ask if we can return and exchange this?

We bought a new bed from ikea. Its been assembled and it’s simply too big. We haven’t slept on it. Took oh 5 hours to build

Are we able to exchange it for a smaller one? Anyone know how? Do they offer a collection service?

IKEA do have a fantastic approach to returns and exchanges and spare parts
I once went to the desk explained i had been given an old bed frame but it had some missing bolts. They looked it up, ordered them and had them sent to my house .... For free! I was really shocked as I was expecting to buy them. Do at least ask them, because they are very helpful.

Why do people comment on posts when they clearly don't have a clue about the refund policy of a specific store? You're literally just making it up

Who is that comment to @EllaMinnowPee? When you say "You're literally just making it up", are you talking about the people who have commented so far on this thread about the returns policy in Ikea when what they're stating is complete hogwash?
