It's been a while but I'm back cooking for a crowd.

I'm going to do a selection of Mexican tacos.

I've been looking at Ottolenghi and a few others - got some ideas. Would love some links to any of your favourite tacos recipes...Thanks!

A big batch of black beans makes a great veggie filling, and all the toppings are veggie, like avocado, feta and shredded red cabbage.
