Posting for traffic because I'm terrified!

I've had the implant in since summer 2018, so it's overdue to be changed by 6 months thanks to the pandemic they forgot to make an appointment for me and I forgot to chase it up.

Have an appointment to have it changed next month but the nurse has advised I take a pregnancy test just to be sure but says it should still work up to 4 years, even though they say 3 years?
I've not had any symptoms, I don't have periods on the implant anyway the only thing I have had is bad heart burn and sickness but I have a condition that causes that anyway... what's the chances I'm pregnant? Can't get a test till tomorrow! Sad I'm terrified as I can't get pregnant again I had 3 stillborns just before the implant and made a promise to myself I'd never put myself or my children through that again.

It’s just standard advice. You’re highly unlikely to be pregnant. The best thing to do is to test asap to put your mind at rest.
