I'm trying to cook as much from scratch as possible for my baby. I rely on the Ella's kitchen pouches occasionally when I'm busy or rushing, but I want to be better at rustling things up from scratch and freezing in batches. I'm looking for meals that are: nutritious, have relatively cheap ingredients, can be thrown together quite easily, and are suitable for batch freezing / reheating. I tend to repeat the same stuff over and over, like bolognese or simple cheese pasta recipes. Any other ideas greatly appreciated. Thank you!
