I hate being rushed, getting up too early and still being tired. Whinge. Anyone else?

Favourite time of day, tbh. Unless it starts before 5am. Any time after that, it’s brilliant. Hot coffee and a big glass of water, out for a run or gym session, nice breakfast, shower & get ready, walk to the station listening to the radio or a podcast. I love mornings.

Any way you can get more sleep?

Yes Grin I would say I hate being rushed and I normally wake super early and work from home.
It’s the work pressures / child / finances stresses that grind me down and I feel stressed a lot.

Yanbu. I was in bed at 10, alarm 6.30 and I’m still exhausted (am 6 months pregnant though). Have a toddler to wrestle out to nursery while DH coordinates getting to work too then a long day ahead of work.

I think some people are just morning people, I am not. Once I’ve hit my stride in the day I’m fine but there seems to be something rather cruel about front loading so much of the admin on the day, especially when it’s still so dark and cold. I find it much easier to cope after the clock change when we’re getting up in the light.

I hate dark, cold mornings. Always feel tired no matter how much I’ve slept.
