We got married in August and set up a Prezeola gift list. Many of our generous family and friends bought us gifts from the list and we still haven’t received them!
They have sent some and others are now out of stock, some are now in the sale! To add insult to injury we ordered things that matched e.g a set of towels all purchased separately, glasses with matching carafe. Yet now we have one white towel and a set of glasses with no matching carafe.
The customer service team have been in contact and well before Christmas promised to keep in touch and give us a gesture of goodwill, but I’ve heard nothing until today when they told be a couple more items from the list were available.
The worst thing is- these items are actually available in the shops to buy right now!
We now have around £500 pounds of vouchers that we don’t want to spend given we know items won’t come for months - if at all.
Any advice of next steps ? Anybody had a similar experience? Company were apologetic and blamed COVID, but they keep promising stuff to keep us sweet, but not delivering.
