Dh bought me a voucher from wowcher for my birthday in August for 2 nights in Edinburgh, the voucher says where the hotel is and must be used for breaks before 31st March, not much else. Dh has multiple sclerosis and has been quite unwell and with covid too I havent booked anything yet, after waiting for him to improve and it not happening I decided I would take dd14 with me instead. Went on the website today entered the code and it says its expired but there's no date on the paperwork I've tried to contact wowcher but can only fund a WhatsApp number which says they will get back to me in 24 hours, do you think they will still honour it or have I lost out?
