Baby bouncer

How do I post a large item and how much would it cost?

It doesn't weigh a lot but would need a large box

Courier will likely be cheaper than Royal Mail. Box it up, weigh and measure box then input the figures at parcel2go.com for options

Put it in the box. Measure the box. Weigh it. Then have a look on royal mail website and maybe whichever collect plus etc is nearest you. Its a pain using royal mail as its pretty pricey so if you've got a hermes place?

Ooh there's a website! Thank you!

It will change your life @Flocon. Much easier and cheaper than RM

fairylightsandwaxmelts · 23/01/2022 14:51

I wouldn't use Royal Mail as it gets very expensive, very fast once you go beyond a 2kg "large parcel".

Hermes offer a collection service if you have a collection point nearby?

marinas20061 · 23/01/2022 14:51

I used DPD for something larger recently. For weighing it I used suitcase scales and weighed the case with and without the item in it. It was only £6 for a very big box!

Chocomelon · 23/01/2022 20:22

It seems time consuming and I will also need a large box! Usually have loads from
Amazon deliveries.

Might offer collection only.
