I say FG on all the walls.

LtJudyHopps · 23/01/2022 14:25

I love both but the Fawn on the fireplace wall would be lovely.

Pebblex · 23/01/2022 14:25

FG, all walls. Gorgeous!

Flocon · 23/01/2022 14:26

FG on all walls. I hate the other one

Allsorts1 · 23/01/2022 14:27

I think FG and all the walls! I also thought that before reading all the comments agreeing so it was an independent view.

The other green is too cold/hospital and will annoy you quickly.

Maves · 23/01/2022 14:28

The sage one more "in"

OrisOnson · 23/01/2022 14:32

Looks like it will be Fawn Green, Definitely all the walls!?

Yes all the walls. And some nice pictures up

troobleflooble · 23/01/2022 14:35

I prefer the sage! It's a prettier green, the other one is too 'olive' for my taste.

I also think only the fireplace wall. Green on all the walls might be a bit much.

WhyYesYABU · 23/01/2022 14:35

FG all walls. Feature walls are Envy (not envy) in my humble opinion.

OrisOnson · 23/01/2022 14:41

Thank you all, we were swaying towards FG anyway but just wasn't sure!

FG, all walls.
Are you painting the woodwork?

OrisOnson · 23/01/2022 14:50

@NoSquirrels yes white woodwork and ceiling

Whichever you choose, it is likely to look a lot stronger when the walls are covered than the swatches are.

GertrudePerkinsPaperyThing · 23/01/2022 15:00

Was going to say the green one too!

Alonelonelylonersbadidea · 24/01/2022 06:04

OMG FG looks like Baby poo! Nooooooooo

troobleflooble · 24/01/2022 13:25

@Alonelonelylonersbadidea I agree! That's why I went for the sage 😂

peachgreen · 24/01/2022 13:29

FG, all the walls. The sage is too bathroom-y and feature walls are naff (with the occasional exception).

AwkwardPaws27 · 24/01/2022 13:30

Top tip for samples in future - don't paint the wall. Paint a piece of paper, then you can move it around easily to see what it looks like in the dark alcoves, bright patches etc. You can usually get close to an A4 size area out of most sample pots, I normally paint a piece of lining paper.

PrimroseBed · 24/01/2022 13:30

Sage, all walls, white woodwork.

Leonthelobster · 24/01/2022 13:34

FG all walls. I do what AwkwardPaws suggests - I paint a good sized piece of thick card and move it round the room at different times of day/evening to see what it looks like in various types of light and darker parts or the room.

Jubaju · 24/01/2022 13:35

Why just limited time those 2?
There’s loads of lovely colours out there. These aren’t two of them ☹️

DappledThings · 24/01/2022 13:39

Sage, on all walls.

languagelover96 · 24/01/2022 13:40

Use a app to figure out what color. Or visit Home base to see paints on sale etc. Top tip, use a piece of paper as a visual guide to find out what colors work best on the walls or ask for advice. You can even request a whole paint catalog in the post from paint companies. Talk to them on Facebook, and see what they say. I like the sage however, the other one looks too much. All over the room.

Disneyvillain · 24/01/2022 13:43

Neither! Both too dark.
