Our neighbours have 4 children (1 older, 2 toddlers and a baby), they have a small 5 seater car, not one of the children sit in a car seat and I'm 98% sure they've just gone out as a family and she's got the baby sitting on her knee. (Im not a busy body I just happened to be getting out of my car at the same time they were getting in)
DH says to mind my own and leave them to it, it isn't our problem. But if something happened to those children im not sure I could forgive myself for not doing anything about it. I don't know them at all so wouldn't feel comfortable approaching them. Wibu to report them to the police? What would you do?
