how is it unhelpful - that's what she is - the OP hasn't shared any hints of who she thinks it might be - were she thinks she's seen her before (TV/Film) I'm guessing she is a model

I feel like I recognise her too! In my mind she has her hair down, covering both sides of her face. She looks bedraggled and quite miserable. I think she kisses someone? Could she be deaf?
