2 weeks ago my period was due, had brown spotting instead of period for one day... Ever since I have had a painful constant ache in my uterus. Went to the doctor today she said my uterus lining is thick and said it could be early pregnancy or etopic so did a blood test for hcg and negative...no cysts that she could see... and I'm usually very regular never have issues with my cycle and married for a decade... got sent home with progestrone tablets and pain killers. The pain is so bad and constant, pain killers don't help. Has anyone got any idea what this could be?? It's a deep ache in my womb and vagina.
Any help or similar experience would be appreciated.
