Sorry AIBUers, posting here as I know more view it, and it is kind of an AIBU because it'll be a big change for the family.

Here goes...
I have a DH and a DD15months, Sept born so won't start school for a long while.
I'm in a 30hours a week job currently that is Term time, (paid year round though, but not a teacher) approx £1250pm. Steady job been in it 4 years but starting to lose enjoyment and no longer challenges me. I am retraining as of September in a part time 3 year Masters. Working from home 3/4 days. Office 1 day. Secure employer and good Mat leave etc.

A job interview has been offered to me for a year round job 30 hours a week would be £1450/1500 pm potentially. Would be more of a challenge and in line with what I am retraining in, but I don't know the employer or their policies.

I don't plan on having another DC until I'm nearly finished my masters and DD1 is approaching school age (nursery fees are a killer) so TT only doesn't benefit me at the moment as her nursery is year round only, no TT option so I'm paying regardless.

Do I...
Stick at a term time steady and demotivating job (no movement up or sideways) I know for the next 8-10 years potentially to see me through most of primary school for my DD and future DC. Or do I go for a new job and just risk it- with less holiday and more pay.
