To be sick of always being the one who instigates and organises?

Aibu to want to eventually wrap up friendships where it's always me who organises lunches/nights out/coffees etc?! It gets to the point where with certain friends it's always me - they are keen to go and do go and we enjoy ourselves and say yes let's do it again really soon. Then nothing - until or unless I sort it out again ask/book etc., it all starts to feel task heavy and one-sided. Is it because they don't want to go out with me? Or are too lazy to organise it?!

What do they bring to the friendship? And I mean that in the nicest way. What do you love and enjoy about them?
Without you these meet ups won't happen.
Can you find things to balance up the pain of organisation?
