I’ve totally lost my cardio mojo when it comes to exercise and suspect it’s due to perimenopause- I do lots of walking and like going to Pilates and yoga classes but anything that involves jumping about, I just can’t be arsed. I feel no enthusiam for it and have very little energy for it either but I know I need to find my mojo and get fit again.
Aibu to think it’s a real mid life thing? I just feel exhausted, have very heavy periods and with all my other work and child responsibilities, only have time to focus on a few things. I love walking and love Pilates!
It’s not enough really though is it?
