So it's a bit of a petty one and not really that deep but has annoyed me. I met my bf 6 years ago on tinder, I'm
Not embarrassed by it, I happily tell people we met on tinder and I am pretty grateful for tinder to be honest!
My friend became single a couple years ago, the last time she had been single before that we were teenagers and dating apps weren't really a thing. When she decided she wanted to start dating, I suggested she download some apps, which she turned her nose up at in the beginning saying she didn't like the idea of meeting someone on an app. I know some people have bad experiences but I think as long as you are careful with it it can be a really positive experience and you can meet people you ordinarily wouldn't meet which I said to her and after a while she did download the apps, she didn't have to, I wouldn't of kept pestering her about it if she had really decided not to. Anyway she did end up going on a few dates from apps but they never became anything and she kept saying how no one on these apps has any chat and all her matches weren't good looking.
She has recently met somebody, and I asked how she met him and she said and I said oh that's cute and she responded 'yeah cute that we didn't meet on apps'
Maybe I am being overly sensitive but this comment has really pissed me off considering she knows that me and my bf met on tinder.. I'm actually starting to feel like it's a bit of a dig!
So am I being overly sensitive or is she being rude?
