To ask a potentially stupid question...

I'm hoping there are some pharmacists around to answer this, but can you get "withdrawal" from Paramol (500mg paracetamol/8mg dihydrocodeine) if you take it for 4/5 days instead of the 3 recommended Blush

It just so happened that my period this month was bloody awful, much more so than usual and I had to take the Paramol for 4 and a half days instead of the 3 which I usually do...

I'm just feeling rotten, quite tired and I've had a horrible bout of (TMI) diarrhoea.

Like I say, probably a stupid question!

Very unlikely in such a short timeframe. The symptoms you describe are far more likely to be related to your period.

Paramol is really strong and I think it would be possible to feel some effects from stopping them even after 4/5 days when you don't normally take an opiate
