Should have happened earlier. Nothing will change without his HRH apart from the security bill being reduced. He does nothing by way of service anyway (apart from self service)

Yes, too little too late. He won't "lose" his HRH, he just won't "use it". It's just to let him fight his case as a private citizen - another fight to preserve the royal family's existence rather than any show of disgust at his behaviour.

I totally agree it’s too late. But I think (and am happy to be corrected if this isn’t right!) that actual removal of HRH, as opposed to not using it, would require parliament to remove it. I’m sure it would pass and I’m not sure of the whole process but I think it’s not just a case of the Queen saying “I’m removing this”.
