Have just been diagnosed with DDD in multiple discs in my spine.

Suffer badly with pain now and have been told I will be significantly disabled in 5 years. Struggling to work now, bought house a few years ago and live on my own.

I was so proud to have bought my house and took so much joy and pride in the garden and keeping everything looking nice. Not only can I not do that anymore but I have stopped caring.

I always know the most important think was my health and I haven’t got that now and it’s only going to get worse.

Has anyone got any positive stories about this condition slowing the progress? I am going to see a chiropractor next week is this a good idea?

Yanbu obviously, sounds like a horrendous disease. Hope someone has some knowledge of it to be able to help you. Keep posting.
