Wowcher Refunds

Has anybody actually got a refund from Wowcher? I'm finding it impossible. The links to Refund from their website don't work and it's impossible to talk to a person.
The reason I want a refund is because I bought a voucher for oven cleaning, but the cleaning company never answer the phone - I've also emailed them but no reply. The voucher says I have 14 days to cancel and get a refund but I'm running out of time. I've contacted them through WhatsApp but I'm put in a queue and told to wait up to 24 hrs for a response from a human. I've just emailed Wowcher and also posted (old school) with a copy of my voucher. Has anybody actually managed to get a refund?

I've just got an automated reply to my email which says I can now have live chat. 'Please click on the link below so we can connect you to one of our expert advisors!'

There is no link below - just a link to WhatsApp and their robot. Why am I not surprised?

I've had refunds from them. I've always done it through Whatsapp. You have to submit details, then a while later (sometimes next day) someone gets back via text. you usually have an hour or so to reply before you lost your place and have to resubmit.

Ps - they are usually quite good, I can't imagine the 2 weeks thing will count if you haven't managed to cash in the voucher due to bad contact from the supplier.

The Whatsapp thing is not much good to me as I don't walk around with my phone. So I lost my place in the queue and had to start all over again.
