Hairdresser opened right near mine. Been there once. Lovely and did a great job. But trying to make a bloody appointment! First time it took 3 weeks from getting in touch via WhatsApp to getting an appointment confirmed. I WhatsApped recently asking for availability and it took 3 days to respond but instead of getting appt times they directed me to their Facebook and Instagram stories for current availability. Messaged back same day to book one of the available slots, 3 days later no response. Saw they had made some Facebook posts with recent hair do’s so I messaged via Facebook. 2 days later still no response. I’ve tried to pop in at different times of the day and the shutters are down. What’s with the social media stuff, what can’t it just be like the old days when you would ring someone and they would check their diary and book you in! Told DH who found it hilarious and said I’m showing my age haha! I’m only mid thirties though!
