Anyone else having a problem with Amazon pre-orders?

I quite often pre-order books and I have never had a problem. But now every time I try they say there is a problem with my address and they cant deliver to it, even though its the same address I use for my Prime orders, that they are able to deliver to no problem (they delivered flea treatment this morning!)

Anyone else having this issue.

I had that this morning. Changed the delivery address to my parents' house a few roads away and it was fine

Not book orders, but we ordered something on prime and the delivery status says "could not find address" and it is being returned to sender. I've never had this before!
