must haves:
bassinet (ideally with an oval shape, do you know the sort?)
washable materials
shock absorbency
folds for use on public transport
discreet appearance that doesnt draw attention
ideally no more than 4/500 pounds

I've been looking for too long now and having trouble to pay extra for this or that

sent too soon!

I mean I'm having trouble deciding wether I should pay extra for this or that.

Am I being unreasonable with the price?

I'd have a look at the uppababy cruz. Though I don't think it folds with the carrycot attached (it does with the main seat).

Uppababy Vista or Cruz.

Get second hand. I got mine for £60. It was immaculate. I sold it for £80 two years later in gear condition.

As above, but does anyone also know of a pram you can actually walk with? Sorry to steal the thread but I have never pushed one I don't end up kicking. I'm tall and I stride, and I think manufacturers all assume we all walk daintily like small dolls Hmm

You can't fold a oram with a carry cot on.

I had the City mini GT with a deluxe carrycot. Can be used for overnight sleeping too. Bought the pushchair new and the carrycot 2nd hand from someone local who only used it for 8 weeks and it was immaculate! Saved loads and it was fully washable.

In pram mode i don't know of any buggy that can fold. You have to take thr carrycot but off first.

I also had a bugaboo bee with a soft carrycot thing which was really small and good for travelling. I used that on trains and in airports etc. Got that 2nd hand too for about £100 in perfect condition

@AffableApple I’m tall & the only one I felt comfortable with (after trying loads) was Joolz. It’s a Dutch brand so built for taller people.
