Past abuse and came across disturbing photos

Not sure if I should let this lie
But
My ex is up in court soon due to DV attempted murder etc

Before we broke up we were printing off pics from his phone
I scrolled back to the year before we met and came across some disturbing shots of his ex g f - he took them when she didn't know
For eg bending over
Down her top etc
She appears to be unaware

Do I leave it
Or tell her?

I'm worried he will think I am just using this against him with case few months away??

Do you have a lawyer? If so I’d ask them. Otherwise ask the prosecutor.

How do you feel about passing the info to the police to deal with?

I think you most probably have enough on your plate right now without this as well.

I wouldn't make any contact about him without speaking to your police officer as there are already active proceedings so it could look like you're trying to prejudice the case.
