Posting for traffic .

I’m having to organise an Emergency trip to Canada to organise a funeral for a relative ( only other relative over there in their 80s therefore needs support )

It’s been a bit of a shock this evening so I’m trying to see if anyone can sense check that I have everything covered please ?

We are rushing at pace to get me on the move and don’t want a Djokovic type situation ..( I am fully vaccinated but what else ??may I miss ?)

Passport ok

eTA is valid ( I have forgotten the number though - will that be a problem?? Have emailed CIC to ask if they can send it again 🤞🤞)

Travel insurance ( I need a new policy - any recommendations welcome )

Book PCR prior to departure

Book test to complete back in the U.K.

Upload my vaccination certificate to ArriveCan 72 hours prior to departure.

Complete a passenger locator form for U.K. return (48 hours before return )

Can anyone advise if there are any other forms etc to complete ? Anything I have missed .

Apologies. I am really not lazy to research and double check … but I’m a bit upset and therefore nervous I’ve missed something .
This is a trip I need to happen smoothly for obvious reasons .

Thanks so much in advance if anyone can help .
