Tesco nonsense

I've got Conjunctivitis in both eyes (sore, red, itchy, weeping) and as I'm recovering from a stroke and it's icy out, I sent DH to Tesco (a huge store) for eye drops. He picked some from the shelf, went to pay for them, was told he couldn't have them as "they aren't meant to be on the shelf" (there were about 10 bottles on the shelf), and was told to go to Pharmacy, so he did - they were out of stock!

He's now gone further afield, to Asda pharmacy......

Is dull a stinging put down nowadays?

Do I need to rethink my use of the word? Smile

ShirleyPhallus I was on a ventilator for 2 weeks in the summer, had a stroke and it's taken me all this time to get almost back to normal, so forgive me for starting what you say was an uninteresting thread. Now please piss off
