To change jobs?

I've recently started a job, which I really love, it's my first full time job since going on maternity leave. Unfortunately it's had a negative behaviour effect on my DC aged 4 and makes a school day very long for DC 8+ hours wraparound and school.

I'm considering going part time to 2 days a week from 5 days, financially there's a difference of £50 a month. It would be with a different company however as there's a pay difference of around £1.50 more an hour.

I feel really bad for my current job, they'd be massively understaffed if I leave which is making me feel guilty but I feel like I'm missing out on my DC growing up. What would you do?
Aibu to leave the job im in?

NC as possibly outing.

Good luck

You should do what is right for you. If the company needed to restructure, they wouldn't be sentimental.

Good luck!

Your going from 5 days to 2 days and only taking a loss of £50 a month. Why on earth wouldn't you change.
