Noisy neighbours stealing post

Hi all,
This is my first post and I’m looking for some advice.
I have had some new neighbours move upstairs right above me and they are being an absolute nuisance. The place is constantly being used for parties and entertaining as well as filling the corridors with the smell of weed. I have lived in my building for nearly 8 years with no problems up until now!
We have emailed the managing agent (who works on behalf of the landlord) who has ‘sent emails to the tenant to remind them to be mindful of their neighbours’ - not really good enough when the parties go on until 3am+ during the working week. My partner and I are up every morning at 5:30 and working quite stressful jobs and look forward to returning home at 6pm to relax but we no longer can enjoy our quiet time.
To add to this in the last couple of days we have come home to find letters in our pigeon holes has been opened (one of these was a birthday card with money in - envelope completely opened and money taken). Baring in mind we have been here a long time and never had such issues, we don’t think it’s a coincidence. Anyone had a similar experience, any advice? We are renting privately and we believe they are housing association.

TIA x

When my neighbous stole post we had pigeon holes replaced with lockable post boxes.
Before the boxes were fitted I sent I myself interesting looking post with loose dylon clothes dye powder 😆 hopefully that caused some annoyance. Didnt get as far as envelopes filled with glitter as the new post boxes were fitted.

OP when you get up at 5.30 make A LOT of noise. Bang on the ceiling. Make their hangover hell. But seriously call the council or move - your only options sadly.
