To see if I can get a medical appointment before Tuesday? **Graphic image. Title edited by MNHQ**

Firstly apologies if this shouldn't be in this section but I know it gets a lot of traffic so hopefully getting answers will be easier.

Have been working all week so unable to get one before now. Have been feeling a bit ropey, mildly productive cough, mostly clear mucus but a bit yellow at times. I can smell and taste, no fever or any other covid symptoms, plus having to do daily LFTs for work which are all negative, also did a PCR around 5 days ago as was a close contact (work required it), also negative which is a relief at least.

Didn't sleep well at all last night as felt poorly and started to feel a bit tight chested and now have been coughing up mucus. Sorry if pic is gross but I'm concerned about the colour a bit and worrying if it's an infection. Needing to use my asthma inhaler for the first time in forever too (usually only need it if out in the cold or more exercise than usual, but needed it twice already today and it's only 8.30).

Should I wait until Tuesday to get a medical appointment to check this out or see if someone can see me before then?

Thanks in advance Smile

Call 111

It does look infected. I personally would use pushdoctor or Livi but you would have to pay unless your gp is paired with them.

Another saying call 111 - when relaying your history to nursing or medical staff start with the asthma /inhaler bit, then the rest.
