To drink this opened wine?

It's a whispering angel rose that was opened Christmas Day. It's been in the fridge without any kind of stopper since. Will it be ok?

Drink it.

Why would you want to? It will taste awful and have no alcohol left.

Taste it.. If it tastes ok, drink it. If it hasn't been sealed though I imagine it'll be a bit grim.

Take the bottle out of the fridge. Pour yourself a glass. Take a swig. If it tastes OK, drink the whole glass. If it doesn't, bin it.

I'd never heard of that either. What happens to the alcohol? It has a lower freezing point than water, so why would it go off in the fridge?

I don't know about white or rose as I rarely drink it, but opened red wine tends to taste a bit 'off' after 3-4 days. I normally do the taste test as PPs suggest!

I rarely drink and that bottle had been in the fridge for 2 years waiting to be tried. I think I had some wine last Christmas but I didn't open to WA. It tasted fine and I'm here to tell the tale with no stomach issues so all grand.

Jesus I drink any old shit. Wouldn’t bother me at all. I’ve not tried that whispering angel stuff - is it nice?
