Silly reason to not apply for job

I wasn't looking but I've seen an amazing sounding job advertised which I think I have a shot at getting. My only reservation is that it's advertised as WFH and that's in the contract. You will never be expected to go into the office.
At the moment I do one day a week from home and I find it very productive and much more pleasant compared to being in an open plan office, can listen to the radio, keep an eye on my pets etc.
However I have lost nearly three stone in my current role and am not obese for the first time in my adult life.
This is purely down to being so relentlessly busy, in a location miles from any shops and there being no culture of bringing cakes or fast food in. I skip lunch every day accidentally and my appetite has shrunk so I'm no longer able to eat what I used to eat.
My fear is that I eat everything when I'm working at home. I haven't actually learnt any good eating habits, I've just had my food restricted. I'm pretty sure that I will put the weight back on if I work from home full time.
I say that I'll exercise more but in reality I won't, and that coupled with the stress of learning a new job in a new sector is worrying me. My weight loss has had a positive impact on so many parts of my life, but I just don't think I have the willpower to resist the food in my house.

Ask to work from an office or get a desk in a coworking space.

Can you just not buy the crap/junk/high calorie food so it's not in your home? It seems extreme to not consider an amazing job because of something that is actually in your control.

What if the office they put you in is smack bang in the middle of a high street surrounded by convenience food and you’re so swept off your feet you only have time to grab some junk rather than prepare and eat healthy?
