I've been wanting to give up smoking for years, but never felt the right time/too insecure/knew I'd fail etc
So I've decided to do it. Will make an app with my GP once they reopen and will dust off my vape today.
Anyone else want to join in? Thinking it must be easier with support from others etc?
Anyone had experience with zyban/champex? I remember taking zyban 14 years ago and it made me feel really weird and effected my mental health, it also made me feel like my skin wasn't mine, like something was trying to get out my stomach and I'd constantly have to clench my fingers and toes to get feeling. It was the worst most surreal experience so I'm reluctant to try those tablets again!!
