Ready cooked joint of ham seemingly lasting forever but goes out today on the box.

You think it'll be ok to still eat tomorrow?

It will be fine. If its a vacuum packed one it will be perfectly OK for a few more days at least.

If you're not going to eat it today or tomorrow I would slice and freeze.
