Has anyone else had a problem returning something via Hermes?? I left a package at one of their collection post and was given a card as a receipt - however the code (beginning with P and 7 numbers) is not recognised by Herpes (deliberate mistake). Any thoughts gratefully received.

Is that the barcode? Is there a code on the other side of the card?

I've never had a problem with returns. They've always been really good.

Yes girlmom it's a bar code. On the other side it has the date written on it and the number of packages (1)

Does the app let you scan the barcode? Or is there a QR code?

I had this issue with the return code not working and it turned out it had diverted me to the international site not the UK one. As soon as I got on the right page I didn't have any more issues.

Hopefully it's as simple as that.

But you do have proof of return so the ratikee you're returning to should be able to refund and chase it up themselves. Unless you were responsible for the return method costs of course

Thank you Nosex and girlmom -- Result! Herpes site has updated and my (expensive for me) cashmere cardigan has been received by Uniqlo.
