As a mildy pretentious "oat latte out of an avo" millennial I had my doubts about Benidorm over Christmas. Turns out I was wrong. If you take it for what it is this place is Fantastic Grin
20c. Beach is lovely. Cafes, lunches, ice cream. No stress, no drama.

I'm going for a swim in the pool this afternoon. Bugger the UK!

Benidorm old town is lovely, especially in the winter. You would definitely not be unreasonable to spend Christmas there every year.

My GP spent every Xmas in Benidorm for many years. Left in early December and returned in February.

Good for you. Xmas Grin

We went to Benidorm a few years ago and had an absolute ball Grin

Have a great time OP, Christmas in the sun sounds brilliant!

Enjoy. Benidorm is one of the best, funnest holidays I have ever had in my life!!

Snobby people with a stick up their arses can turn their noses up because they've probably never been, but there is a certain kind of vibe there that cannot be replicated anywhere.

Enjoy OP.

As someone who grew up with a Munn with more than a touch of the Hyacinth Bucket my initial reaction is to shudder and wince.

However, I love a caravan holiday, Butlins all inclusive was amazing and Benidorm is one of my favourite TV programmes so am full of jealousy for you.

Have a fab time OP, sounds amazing

It is the vibe. It's party, but relaxed. Can't replicate it.

Feliz Navidad y Felice Fiestas.
Suprisingly good isn't it OP.
Hope you have a fabulous time.

Sounds fab!

I'm sure it's fine in December - in June to September probably less so. Enjoy your warm Christmas day.

Love Benidorm at Christmas, didn't get there last year or this year but had been there the previous 5 years in a row. Love it.
