I cleared out my cupboards a while back. My oldest find was best before 2001 I think though some of the spices looked suspiciously pre decimalisation

Just googled it and it said it’s not safe to take out of date. If you start to feel unwell after taking it you need to call a doctor immediately. You should not be taking out of date medicine. Why didn’t you check the date first before taking it??

I’m a pharmacist, unless it’s a liquid an out of date medication can’t usually poison you. All it does is it reduces the tablets efficacy. No need to worry.
